Trying To Find It Again

Trying To Find It Again Waken from a dream, one with passion, full of fun! Return to find it.

All In One Night

All In One Night Off the back porch, some hole shallow a horse Below are lights as night steals the day. Where my neighbor lived appears a golf course. I yell “help”, people return to their play. To some unseen voice who asks what is wrong, I curse, “Will no one help me with this steed?” The voice repeats back, sharing its same song. Was this trap for stallions brought on by greed? Switch to a place, I’m given a tractor; Will it pass a truck parked too near a wall? Pick it up, carry it to a balcony. Seems I can lift it, the weight’s not a factor. The voice returns “mow the lawn” is the call! “To save that crying colt from its agony.”

Father, mother pass a long wretched day, knowing the events that surround their schemes See selves home from work-many bills to pay. Night lasts, sounds grow yet slip into dreams.  A blaze, or a monster, parents can wake; Mother can thrill, amused, break clean, come back. Child hopes for peace in a bed that is set.  The play gets frightening, dad calls a break. But kids to “off” the thing, those skills they lack. Jump to their room, in advance of their fret.

Now, it will help if you have seen the film; if you haven't well SHAME ON YOU! "The most significant line in the movie is when Lee J. Cobb suggested they also play Devil's Advocate for the district attorney and Henry Fonda shuts him down. I hope you remember it, because it explains why juries should really just approach the case based on the evidence before them. Now, it was pretty clear that the defense team had done a shameful job and by-all-rights you wanted to help out. (No one wants to send an innocent person away or to the death house). But if you spend 2 hours making (even creati...
